ARTICLE 1: PARTIES AND SUBJECT
This Agreement is executed between TT GLOBAL TOURISTIC SERVICES INC., acting as the official sales agency (hereinafter referred to as the “ORGANIZER”), and the real or legal person entering the fairground (hereinafter referred to as the “VISITOR”), for the purpose of determining the conditions regarding entry to the fairground, security procedures, general rules, and the terms of use of personal data.
ARTICLE 2: ENTRY BADGE, SECURITY, AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
2.1. The visitor badge is personal and non-transferable. In the event that, during turnstile inspections, it is determined that the badge holder and the person using the badge are not the same, the ORGANIZER reserves the right to cancel the badge and remove the person from the fairground.
2.2. The VISITOR accepts that their name, surname, and company information shall be shared with the turnstile and access control company, which is the technical infrastructure provider of the ORGANIZER, for the purposes of printing the fair entry badge, authorizing turnstile access, ensuring site security, and carrying out operational processes.
ARTICLE 3: NOTICE REGARDING IMAGE AND AUDIO RECORDING
3.1. The fairground is a public and controlled event area where commercial activities are conducted. From the moment the VISITOR enters the fairground, the VISITOR accepts that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken by the ORGANIZER and authorized media organizations for the purposes of ensuring general security, promoting the fair, documentation, and media activities.
3.2. In the event that the VISITOR appears in images reflecting the general atmosphere of the fair, the VISITOR declares and accepts that such images may be used by the ORGANIZER on social media platforms, websites, press releases, and promotional films without payment of any copyright or royalty fee, and that the VISITOR irrevocably assigns their economic rights within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
ARTICLE 4: DATA SHARING AND DIGITAL INTERACTION
4.1. The VISITOR is aware that, if they voluntarily allow the QR code on their badge to be scanned via digital readers (Lead Retrieval systems) or mobile applications located at the stands of participating companies within the fairground, their contact information shall be shared with the relevant exhibitor. This action is at the sole initiative of the VISITOR and constitutes a digital exchange of business cards.
ARTICLE 5: EVENT RULES AND PROHIBITIONS
5.1. The VISITOR may not distribute brochures, engage in unauthorized marketing activities, or display behavior that disturbs other participants or visitors within the fairground without the written consent of the ORGANIZER.
5.2. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to remove any VISITOR who disrupts the order and peace of the fair from the fairground without any obligation to pay compensation.
