During exhibition days, all materials of exhibitors are insured against damages caused by fire, flood, storm and lock-outs. In case of any damage, exhibitors must apply to fair administration for claiming. Otherwise insurance company will not be responsible.
Additionally, it is required that materials must be kept in order to demonstrate to the expert. During exhibition days, any physical and material damage caused by third parties is covered within certain limits. ANFAÅž A.Åž. is not responsible for any kind of theft. Security of the exhibition area will be ensured for 24 hours. Exhibitors can insure their materials against theft if they wish.
